Paroa Retreat is finished to the highest standard in a minimalistic style, with little to detract from the enjoyment of the peaceful location. There is a large living area, designer kitchen and an open plan study for day time activities. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. Two other bedrooms have access to the second bathroom and a separate toilet. There are two queen size beds, a double sofa bed and a day bed.

The designer kitchen has stone benchtops, a walk in pantry, a gas hob with a large oven, a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and all cutlery, crockery and utensils you require for yourself or to entertain.

The bathrooms are tiled with underfloor heating, a bath made for two, and gas heated showers. You will notice the difference washing in truly fresh water, collected from the rain. The laundry is fully equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer.
